The Rates/Prices of the products shown at Trends-India website does not includes any shipping charages. It is advised to shipped the bulk order through cargo (By sea) as customer has to bear all the shipping expenses & other duties as per the rules & regulations of the country.We offers Ground Tracking Shipping and express shipping. Orders once received on any of the working days is usually carried out with in 2-3 business days,once the payments gets approved and confirmed by the credit card & paypal.
Internatinal & Domestic Shipping Program:
Once we gets the consent from the customer, we will credit the payment ina suitable way (Credit Cards/Paypal). Customers are liable to pay all the government taxes & customs duties on the international orders. It is also further cleared to all the customer that Trends-India can not be responsible/liable for any sort of shipping delays, damage or loss. All the shipping handling company fees, local government fees & taxes and custom duties are borne by the customer where as applicable.

Our Sample Program:
We have designed & strickly follows a sample program in order to keep our recurring expenditure low.
* The evolution of samples involves cost yet they are not free of cost.
* We request our customers to bear the courier cost or any other sort of shipping charges. once we are in the pipeline of contuning the business,we will send samples with all costs including courier expenses. Thus you are advised to provide us your International courier account number to send samples on freight collection basis.
* In case of enquires coming on our website, we would always ask our customer to bear all courier cost.
* You can also forward your Email to us so that we can forward the frensh range to you for the approval.
Validity of Consignment/order:
* If the order is placed and full & final payment is made, the said order remains valid and cannot be abolish in any circumstances.
If the customer order is resdy for the delivery and still the payment is pending than that order will be taken as incorrect. We have all the rights to transfer all the purchased items to the next interested customers for purchase. Trends India reserves all right to cancel placed order in any circumstances due to any reason.
Color Disclaimer Policy:
Trends-India thinks & beleives that those customers who orders online are aware that shades & colors seen on a Computer Screen will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits, accessories or jewelry ordered. The color program displayed on our website is an practise to provide our customers with the maximum available choices. Trends-India observed that it is practically not possible for us to imitate the extact same colors on an outfit as seen on your shown computer screen. There is always a chance of small difference in the color shade selected by you. Its is further considered as a normal practice as some of the outfits tends to reflect various shades of a color varient.
Return Policy:
All the returns will be refunded within 3 days of receipt with the written consent.We have to recover all the cost paid by us to the credit card cards company & paypal. Trends India will abate 6% plus the processing fees at the time of posting the credits to the customer account for the said returned goods.
We at Trends-India are open to refund the money after ductucting the 6% processing fees plus our actual shipping/Handling & other expenses. Customers are requested to note that they are resposible/liable to pay all the shipping charges at the time of return and the amount is not refundable to them.
Customer are requested to return the shipped products with the written consent in orignal condition which means(Unused ,Unwashed & unworn) at there own expenses. The amount will refunded after duducting the processing fees & other charges. Trends india is liable to refund the amount if the condition of the return goods are statisfied.Please allow us 15-20 days to refund your credits to your respective credit cards & paypal accounts.
We will return credits less 30% as a stocking fees on your return if in case the customer return after 3 days of receipt of goods without a return consent.We can not entertain any sort of return as the designs & stock keeps on changing rather updating every weak
We are obligated to no exchange or refund except where there is a clear manufacturing defect. In such cases our senior management will authorized exchange but customer will be responsible for shipping cost to our New Delhi, India stock point. Items must be return within 3 days of the receipt date. Items returned without prior authorization will not be recognized and returned to the customer. Trends India advised all the customer to exchange or Simply return item per our return policy. Any sort of weaveing defect, block printings & machine & hand embroidery in the entire process is something which is beyond our control. It is further stated that the actual product may be little bit of difference as shown on our website as they hand crafed, hence they are beyond our control.

* Outfits sold online are Dry clean only and we dont recomend washing machine to wash them.
